Luxology Announces New Training
Division and modo Training Videos

Mateo, Calif. — Feb. 1, 2007 — Luxology® LLC, an
independent technology company developing next-generation 3D content
creation software, today announced a new training division that will
offer a wide range of comprehensive learning materials for modo
users. The first product from the new training division is a
comprehensive 17-video series which covers modeling, texturing and
lighting for the iconic Le Mans C9 race car.

video series is not just teaching people how to build a car,”
said Andy Brown, training director of Luxology, and former art and
design lecturer at Tyne Metropolitan College. “It is also
teaching modo users how to create dozens of interesting yet classic
shapes that are useful to master for everyday production work.”

to the Le Mans C9 video series by Andy Brown, Luxology’s
training division currently offers the Official Luxology modo Guide
(Thompson Publishing), a 400-page four-color book written by Dan
Ablan. Also available from Luxology’s new training division is
a 15-hour introduction to modo DVD that was produced by Dan Ablan of
3D Garage.com.
Pricing
and Availability
The
new Le Mans C9 video training series is available in two separate
albums. Album 1 contains videos 1-8 and album 2 contains videos 9-17.
Each album is sold separately for USD $25 and individual videos can
be purchased for $5 each. The Official Luxology modo Guide is USD
$49.99 and the 3DGarage.com modo courseware DVD is $179. To learn
